Warranty on purchased used vehicles

Do you have a preference for one of our used Volkswagen vehicles for sale? Our Volkswagen used vehicle warranty will allow you to drive with complete peace of mind! The base protection offers the remainder of the limited warranty that was in effect when the vehicle was purchased as new, plus 6 months of road side assistance, the CarFax report and a 3 month membership to SiriusXM.

As for the extended protection plan, it offers the same levels of protection, plus a prolonged Volkswagen warranty of 2 years/40,000 kilometers and road side assistance for 2 years/40,000 kilometers.

How can I know if my vehicle is still under the warranty? Your purchasing contract includes the date your vehicle was purchased on and the day the warranty was put into effect; your dealership also has this information.

Protection on VW parts and accessories

Volkswagen also offers a limited warranty on parts and accessories! In fact, all VW parts are covered by a limited 2 year warranty with unlimited mileage, calculated from the purchasing date.

Moreover, if you get new brakes installed at your VW dealership and you choose to use Volkswagen pads and discs, your pads are guaranteed for life!

When it comes to accessories, they can be covered for up to 4 years/80,000 kilometers, if they are installed at the time you purchase your vehicle. If they are purchased later, you will still have a 2 year/unlimited mileage warranty, and you’ll have a 2 year/40,000 kilometer warranty if they are purchased at the same time as a used certified VW vehicle.

Warranty on the battery

The battery is covered by a 3 year limited warranty with unlimited mileage. Moreover, for the 2 following years, replacement costs for the battery will be covered according to a specific percentage.
